Culture - Explorer: These holidays offer trips to cultural and historic sites, are thoroughly guided and with only limited walking. Accommodation available varies from high class hotels to simple, clean and welcoming guesthouses. Some require fairly long distance travel, but all journeys are made in comfortable vehicles and buses – and along only the best available roads. Explorer tours are open to all ages and require no special physical fitness or stamina.

Culture - Adventurer: Focusing on cultural, historic and natural highlights, these can cover long distances in order to reach the most and more remote sites. Itineraries may feature optional easy walking with the opportunity to discover local culture and custom. Sometimes home-stays are used, both in provincial towns and small villages, with corresponding limited facilities. However this is compensated by the proximity to the friendly local community. They involve no overnights in tents. Some tours travel along rough tracks to gain higher altitudes and fabulous views – encountering all the unpredictability of any great adventure. But if you’ve a passion for exploration – this holiday is for you.

Accommodation and meals

Outside Tbilisi we include various hotels and guesthouses. Along the itinerary you will stay at the best available middle class hotels in towns and resorts. In some regions and small towns where there are no hotels, we accommodate our tourists at comfortable and hospitable private guesthouses.

On tours featuring remote mountainous areas, we stay at village houses where the conditions are basic. Sometimes with less guarantee of shower and electricity. However, we make every effort to provide maximum comfort depending on local conditions. One of the main priorities for us is to provide the best food. Most meals outside Tbilisi are included and served at hotels, guesthouses or at restaurants. You have a chance to taste local specialties and wines.

Our guides and staff

Our guides have excellent experience and have been working with us for years, guiding many groups and individuals. They have good knowledge of the areas and sites you are going to visit. We provide English, German, French, Italian and Russian speaking guides.

Modes of travel

Most land transportation is included. We use only comfortable and reliable cars (usually 4WD and air-conditioned vehicles as Land Rover, Toyota Land Cruiser, Pajero or similar), minibuses and buses. In some mountainous provinces in Georgia (Tusheti, Svaneti, Khevsureti, etc) we involve less comfortable but reliable Russian made 4WD vehicles that ensure to take us to the remotest places.
